Angeliki Goudeli was born in Athens and studied Applied Psychology and Philosophy at the University of North London (B.Sc. in Applied Psychology & Philosophy). She holds two Masters Degrees, one in Business Psychology (M.Sc. in Business Psychology, University of Westminster) and a second in Humanistic Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (MA in Humanistic Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, University of Middlesex).

She has received specialised training for the treatment of Eating Disorders and Obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders, London (http://www.eating-disorders.org.uk/) and for the administration and analysis of the t psychological assessment test MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) at the Centre for Psychological and Cognitive Assessment (http://www.kepsygna.gr/ ) in Athens. She has also attended training courses in subjects such as Psychopathology, Stress Management, Loss and Bereavement, Process of Dreams and many others.

She has volunteered her services at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica "Dromokaitio" and the SOS Children's Village in Vari. She is a licenced psychologist since 2009 and has been working as a freelancer. She has collaborated with the Greek Centre for the Promotion of Social and Mental Health “Poreia” (http://www.poreia.org/ ) and the Psychophysiological Training Centre “Neurofeedback” (http://www.eegbiofeedback.gr/ ). Since 2007 she has been collaborating with the Psychiatrist – Psychotherapist Eleni Moschona. Based on her training and experience, she uses an Integrative approach in Counselling and Psychotherapy composing techniques from three basic approaches: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Gestalt.

In the context of her continuous personal and professional development, since 2011 she has been participating in a series of workshops on Gestalt Therapy, which were designed by the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco (http://www.gestaltinstitute.com ) and taught by the most renowned Gestalt therapists from around the world (New York, San Francisco, Paris, Tokyo). Since 2013 she is in collaboration with the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco as a member of the network of its associate therapists in.​​​​​​​
